About

What is this?
Welcome to Bluff Check, a sort of blog, sort of project. It’s basically a space where I post up my thoughts, mostly about roleplaying games, but in reality just about anything geeky or cool that catches my attention.

My intention is, along with simply posting what I think about all things roleplaying and geeky, to collate and publish my own work, through from home rules to full systems that I come up with, so watch this space for more!

Who are you?
I’m a twentysomething geek living in Leeds in the UK, playing board games, roleplaying games and just about anything else I can get my hands on. I’ve been to university, got a degree and now work a job that I would like to talk about as little as possible. I’m never quite happy with the games I play, and I always end up tinkering with them one way or another, from rules tweaks to throwing out whole systems, so I figured it was worth posting some of these things up online.

In an insane alternate universe where people like my work and would like me to do some work for them, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll probably say yes without question. Pop an email off to kajata@bluffcheck.com.

Can I use/share/print off things from here?
Yes, you definitely can. Everything here, unless stated otherwise, is published under the Creative Commons licence you can see on this page, so as long as you credit back to me before posting somewhere else, I’m cool with it. If you happen to run any games using any of my material, I’d welcome any responses and feedback.
